COVID-19 PLAN: CARING FOR GUESTS AND STAFF
In an effort to safeguard the health and safety of our staff and guests, FLG X staff and guests
will endeavor to adhere to the following protocols regarding daily operations during this time:
GUESTS
Educate guests of our COVID-19 procedures and expectations prior to their arrival.
Non-Cash and web-based transactions only.
Pre-booking recommended through our website.
Guests watching from the ground will be asked to stay 6 ft apart from other guests and staff.
Provide signage in each bathroom with instructions for proper hand washing techniques.
Practice proper handwashing for at least 20 seconds or sanitization with a 60% or more alcohol based solution after each potential contamination.

Guests are required to wear a mask in our designated mask zones. Masks zones include the areas near or inside our office/bathrooms, inside our fenced demonstration area, and in areas where more than 2 people from different parties are interacting within 6 ft of each other. Proper signage will be visible so guests are aware of these protocols. If guests do not bring a mask, we will provide one for them.
Guests must practice social distancing protocols by remaining at least 6 ft apart from other unaffiliated guest groups and staff unless there is an emergency.
While up in the course, unaffiliated guest groups will be asked to stay one platform behind other unaffiliated guest groups to maintain proper social distancing practices in the trees.
Guests will be asked to fill out and print their waivers prior to their reservation.
Based on COVID numbers and any new information, we may alter our protocols in the future.
STAFF
Utilize signage to help keep staff and guests 6 ft or more apart from other staff and guests at all times.

***Update 3/23/2020, 4:30pm***
Dear Flagstaff Extreme Guests,
Based on the latest models and information we will continue to not operate throughout April. We will monitor the situation and will advise accordingly. This is not what we had hoped for, but is the best course of action right now. We hope that everyone is well and safe. Although we are outdoors and take precautions, we ultimately want what is best for our staff, guests, and community as a whole.
Our guests, staff, and community are a team and we feel at this time it is of the utmost importance to be a team member as this issue persists.
We will continue to work to reschedule those who have reservations between now and early May and we await guidance from the Governor and/or the County on reopening We have developed protocols that we will implement to help keep people safe.
Please contact us at info@paulk140.sg-host.com or by text at 888.259.0125 at your earliest convenience to choose a new date for your booking. To view dates and times available for future bookings, please go to paulk140.sg-host.com.
Thank you for your understanding and patience while closures throughout Flagstaff are taking place. We, along with other local businesses, are learning as this situation continues to expand. If you can, please consider supporting others in this community by purchasing gift cards, taking advantage of takeout options provided by local restaurants and breweries, donating to local nonprofits like Flagstaff Family Food Shelter, and above all taking care of your health. As this is a challenging time for most people and businesses, we appreciate the support of the local community.
